About Dr. Daniel Yadegar

Dr. Daniel Yadegar is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and has had advanced fellowship training in age management and regenerative medicine. Dr. Yadegar received his undergraduate degree with Honors from Harvard University and his M.D. from Weill Cornell Medical College. His clinical focus is on preventative and personalized medicine–leveraging his knowledge of what is most current and disruptive to enable his patients to attain optimal health.

A thought leader in the healthcare space, he has been written about in the New York Times and shared his expertise on major news networks. He is currently a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical College in NYC.

Dr. Yadegar is a thought leader in the brain health space, and through both his holistic approach and understanding of leading-edge advancements enable his patients to achieve optimal health: mind, body & spirit.

As a Professional Cuddler, certified Cuddle Party facilitator, trainer, and a member of their board of directors as well as the Co-Founder of Cuddlist.com, she has created the certification program for the premier professional cuddling resource in the country. Her mission is to encourage individuals to live satisfying lives by learning to claim their inner authority, give it voice, and effectively move toward their deepest human yearnings. She believes this will lead to a better planet for everyone.

She holds a degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and has trained extensively in many interactive ways to be intimate with oneself and others including professional acting training, multiple movement modalities, and the Work of Byron Katie.
